Objetivo: tratamento fisioterapêutico no pós-operatório imediato após reconstrução do ligamento cruzadoanterior com enxerto patelar. Método: revisão bibliográfica. Considerações finais: a intervenção dafisioterapia torna-se importante no pós-operatório imediato, uma vez que é eficaz no tratamento da dor,insegurança, aderência e diminuição de tônus do quadríceps

Conclusion:Physiotherapy intervention is important in the immediate post-operative period, since it is effective in thetreatment of pain, instability, adherence and quadriceps tension reduction.
